Power-driven machine

Can the HIT-TRAC be bought without an engine or motor?
No - The power-driven machine HIT-TRAC 16 B is only sold with STIHL engine fitted. Machines cannot be delivered without the engines.

Can the HIT-TRAC also be purchased with other petrol engines?
No - we supply the HIT-TRAC 16 B with STIHL engines only.

Is the HIT-TRAC 16 E also available with a single phase motor?
No - only with a three-phase 400 V motor.

Is the HIT-TRAC licensed for passenger transport?
This depends on specific national regulations.

Can the HIT-TRAC be used to pull in both directions?
No - To pull in the other direction, the rope must be inserted again in such a way that the load rope is drawn past the pressure roller.

What is the draw speed of the HIT-TRAC 16 E?
10 m/min but the HIT-TRAC can also be supplied with a variable control. This enables the speed to be adjusted continuously between 0 and 8 m/min.

Where are the spare shearing pins?
HIT-06/10 in the jaw opening lever
HIT-16/32 in the support tube
The shearing pin to be replaced is located in the forward gear lever.

What is the rope diameter?
HIT-06 - 6.4mm / HIT-10 - 8.4mm
HIT-16 - 11.2mm / HIT-32 - 16.2mm
T-7 - 8.4mm / T-15 - 11.2mm / T-35 - 16.2mm

How large is the safety factor?
Five times

What is the standard rope length?
HIT-06 - 10m without reel
HIT-10/16 - 20m on reel
HIT-32 - 10m on reel

How long is the warranty?
Five years

The information on the load always refers to the nominal rope pulley load values; these are calculated with a quadruple safety margin in every case.
